Who do I contact when I have a question?

What if I have a question that isn’t answered in my portal?

  • Enter a ticket- Home365 will be able to assign the ticket to the right person internally to get you the answer.  More importantly, we will be able to track completion of all tickets --- adding additional accountability. This system improves our ability to get issues resolved in a timely manner for you. 
  • Book a meeting with your metro director.  You can do this through your portal under the “contact us” page.
