What does the maintenance status mean?

Status

Status details

BID # - SENT

Owner needs to review and approve the project & bid within 48 hours. They have three options: Approve, Reject, or Pause

BID # - $

Owner has approved Bid and has the funds

BID QUERY

Owner selected project “pause” option and typed a question or comment. To see a response to your question or comment check out the notes column on your maintenance event page or go to the notes center tab.

REJECTED BID

No longer an open project work will not be done by Service Pro

WAIT FOR CONTRIBUTION

Owner needs to make contribution to cover the costs of the bid

PENDING COMPLETION

Service Pro has completed the work. Home365 Reviewing project for completion 

COMPLETED

Project has been completed 

CLOSED

Project has been closed

LIVE PROJECT

An open project that action is needed

RATED

Tenant submitted a rating/review for the project

Live Project

The request is still open and has not been marked complete yet.
