We’re excited to introduce a brand-new look to your Owner Dashboard. Designed to make managing your properties easier and more intuitive than ever.
1. Action Center
This section highlights critical tasks that require your immediate attention. From approving maintenance projects to reviewing property reports, these actions are essential to keeping your properties running smoothly. No more navigating through multiple screens—you can tackle everything directly from the dashboard. Stay proactive and keep your investments on track!

2. Alerts Section
Stay on top of the most critical updates. Whether it’s a tenant moving out or an important reminder, you’ll see the top two alerts prominently displayed.

3. Support Section
Need help? Your new Support section makes it easier to stay updated on your support tickets. Here, you'll see a preview of the three most recent tickets, giving you a quick glance at the latest updates.
The number in parentheses ( ) represents the total number of unread messages, so you always know if there's something new.
To view full responses or browse all tickets, simply click "View All" to go directly to the Support Center.

4. Notifications Section
Stay informed without feeling overwhelmed. Your Notifications section keeps you updated with important updates from our team, such as leasing progress, maintenance updates, and delinquency notices.
Similar to the Support Section, the number in parentheses ( ) represents the total number of unread notifications. You’ll see a preview of the three most recent updates, and clicking 'View All' will take you to the Notifications Center, where you can access the full list.

5. Filter Selection and Data Display
If you own properties under multiple companies or want to view data for a specific property, you can use the filters at the top (5) to refine your dashboard view.
Applying these filters will update the following sections:
- Current Cash Flow Balance (6) – Displays financial data relevant to the selected property or ownership structure.
- Income and Expenses (7) – Updates the income and expense trends based on the selected filters.
- Occupied and Vacant Charts (8) – Adjusts to reflect tenant status for the chosen property.
However, all other sections in the dashboard remain unchanged, ensuring you always have a consistent overview of key action items and notifications.
6. Income and Expenses Chart
This chart provides a clear breakdown of your monthly income and expenses over time, helping you track financial performance at a glance.
In the upper right corner, you can change the year to view historical data or focus on the current year’s financial trends. This allows for easy comparison across different time periods, giving you better insights into property performance.

7. Occupied & Vacant Properties
This section provides a quick overview of your occupied and vacant properties, helping you track tenant status and leasing progress.
- Occupied: Displays key details such as occupancy rate, tenant deposits, and total tenant outstanding balance (OSB). To view detailed rent roll data, click on "Rent Roll Report".
- Vacant: Shows the number of vacant properties and applications received. To see additional details—such as when the property was published and how many applications were submitted—click on "Vacancies Report".
Use these reports for a deeper dive into your leasing and tenant data!

The rest of the sections, consisting of your high level financial stats, remain the same but have been redesigned to make it clearer, so you’ll still find all the familiar tools you’re used to.
Your feedback has helped shape these improvements, and we’re confident you’ll find the new dashboard a smoother, more efficient experience.
