Where can I find new information on my delinquent tenant?
Your Rent Roll report shows real-time data on how much money has been collected and how much money is still owed.
Notes and updates from our team with delinquent tenants can be found on the Delinquency report tab on your owner portal. Click on the Notes icon to get recent updates. You can also view the eviction actions and timeline details by clicking on the Tenant Name on the Delinquency report.
