Who is my main contact?

You will have a day-to-day local team that helps manage your property.  This team includes: 
Your Property Manager (Customer Success Team), which is your main contact. You can book a meeting with them through the owner’s portal. They will reach out to you very soon with their contact information.  
Vacancy, Delinquency, and Maintenance Coordinators will be assisting your property manager to make sure tasks are completed.
A back-office department including handling paying all bills, and accounting.
