Why did I not receive my distribution?

Owner distributions are on the 10th of the month. If the 10th is on weekend or holiday, money will be sent in the following business days. Since it's a deposit, it can take up to 2-3 business days to hit your bank account.

Check your Cash Balance statement for the full breakdown. Make sure to have the current month selected. 

Here, you can see the breakdown of income and expenses for the selected month. It is also important to review the Approved Pending bills line of the report to see if any additional expenses are weighing on the above income and expenses. To understand what makes up each amount you can expand on the line to see amount and property it is related to. 

  • The tenant might not have paid the rent on time.

Check the Rent Roll report for any unpaid rent OR Delinquency Tracker 

  • If OneRate, with Rent Guarantee, see Rent Guarantee report in your owner portal
  • If you (individual) did not provide identification card and the sum is more than $10K, the account might be on hold. Please check your account settings to update this information.
