Bid Approval Process
If you are responsible for the cost of a maintenance request you can review and approve the bid by going to the Maintenance Events tab in your owner portal. Select the ID or status to make this decision. If you have a question about the maintenance bid or request you can pause the project to type your question.This must be done in the first 48 hours of the maintenance notification.
